Usually we don’t alter our plant castings, we mold and replicate nature exactly as it grows. But this rippled leaf was so cute we had to experiment with it.

These succulent leaves are thick, and far too heavy to wear when we cast them as they grow, so we cut out the center and cast the border. Then we polish the silver castings to a high mirror shine.

  • These earring are large, but not heavy. All the negative space in the center makes them lightweight and jingly.

  • These are made from casting the outer edge of the succulent.

  • These plant castings are not. We originally cast about 20 different pieces and chose the best to make a molded pair.
