We paired a couple of the rosettes together to match in size and shape, and then gave them a patina.  The recesses stay textured and darker, while the tips are polished to a bright silver shine giving the piece depth and color.

Each rosette is cast in sterling silver directly from a variety of succulent commonly called capo blanco.  It is native to the rocky and arid climates from Colorado to the Pacific coast.
