Soldering joins two metals together and can be a bit tricky when you are working with curved surfaces like these. Cesar has a general idea of how he wants to place the buds, but they are sitting on flux (a goopy liquid that helps the solder flow) on top of a curved surface. Then fire is blown at them, so they inevitably wiggle a bit from their initial positions.
